At Tank Components Industries, we use state-of-the-art 5-Axis waterjet cutting technology allowing us to either cut or etch the nozzle locations in your heads and shells – saving you countless hours of layout and processing time. Our 8’ x 12’ cutting bed and 3’ travel on the Z-axis allow us to cut large parts quickly and accurately. 5-Axis cutting capability allows us to cut or trim any shape or angle, simply send us your CAD file and we will take care of the rest!

- Can cut from .065” Thick thru 7” Thick material.
- 5-Axis cutting allows for any angle or shape to be cut or trimmed.
- Tubing or Pipe can be trimmed to any shape requirement.
