Hole
locations are determined by customer supplied AutoCAD
drawings and relayed to the machine via Surf cam software
which eliminates the need to layout the hole locations
by hand.
Holes
can be cut on any angle in any shape to accommodate fittings
that will be welded in the heads.
Holes
can be cut with weld prep bevels if required.
All
holes are cut to precise shapes and dimensions to eliminate
gaps between the fittings and holes that encourage the
fitting to move or become distorted during the welding
process.
Multiple
heads become more consistent due to closer tolerances
on hole locations.
